SOLVE(D) unlocks next level HCP engagement with new product suite in Europe

The agency’s three data-driven, GDPR-compliant tools accelerate highly targeted and personalised marketing to healthcare professionals in Europe

SOLVE(D), an IPG Health company, has launched an innovative suite of data-driven tools designed to accelerate omnichannel maturity and impact of pharmaceutical marketers in Europe. Comprised of three distinctive tools, this new offering enables highly-targeted and personalised data-driven marketing to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Europe.

SOLVE(D)'s new GDPR-compliant tools, which will address gaps in the healthcare marketing mix include:

  • OmniMap – a proprietary digital maturity assessment tool to support pharma clients on their journey to omnichannel by finding the assets and platforms that already exist but are under-optimised as well as identifying gaps and other barriers to omnichannel marketing.
  • Synaptic Search S2 – a proprietary tool that uses big data and natural language processing (NLP) models to inform and transform SEO and SEM, dramatically improving traffic to branded HCP websites.
  • Our data-enriched personas, which we will call Q-id, layer the clients’ available 1st and 3rd party data with our own vast and unique databases covering almost every healthcare practitioner in Europe. Combined with behavioural science techniques, this enables richer insights and more nuanced understanding of HCP’s channel preferences, barriers, and behavioural drivers.

“With these products, we’ve built three healthcare-specific tools that maximise pharma companies’ investment in data assets and mar-tech platforms to finally unlock the holy grail of omnichannel in healthcare,” says Michael Le Brocq, Managing Director, SOLVE(D) in Europe.  “Healthcare providers are consumers too, and with these GDPR-compliant tools pharma marketers can deliver more deeply resonant HCP experiences that accelerate impact.”

Created from a long-standing partnership with IPG sister agency, Acxiom, these new tools draw on a combination of expertise in the healthcare sector enabled by Acxiom's Customer Intelligence Cloud suite of products and services, to enable pharmaceutical companies to engage with their audiences in deeper, more precise and meaningful ways.

Since its European launch almost two years ago, SOLVE(D) has more than doubled its client portfolio. The launch of this suite of innovative tools will build on the agency’s impressive momentum in the region, bringing more effective data-driven solutions to meet the demand of its growing client base.
