João Consorte, President of IPG Health Brazil, joined a panel at this year’s Clube de Criação Festival to discuss “Mental Health: From Quiet Quitting to the Economy of Care.”
Panelists highlighted the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on the lives of employees and their mental health. João spoke to the increase in consumption of antianxiety drugs in Brasil, and emphasized that companies must listen to their people, at all levels, to understand what they need to evolve personally and professionally.
