EDI+You

An evolution of our long-standing commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion

We have been "all in" on equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) since the inception of our business. We can’t do what’s right for our clients, their brands and our people unless EDI is at the heart of all we do.

EDI is our shared responsibility. At IPG Health, we’ve turned EDI into a healthy obsession. From our work and creative solutions, to how we invest in our people and show up in our communities, we are boldly confronting bias, challenging norms and removing barriers to advance our mission of equity, diversity and inclusion for all.

To drive lasting systemic changes, we focus on four core pillars of our business:

What does EDI mean to our people?

We asked our people to share what EDI means to them and, through the use of AI-powered technology, these images represent their unique visions.
