MM+M highlights IPG Health agencies and initiatives in Best Places to Work survey results
In an analysis of their annual Best Places to Work survey completed by over 1,200 healthcare marketing industry professionals, MM+M spotlighted IPG Health agencies for their camaraderie and inclusivity, a true testament to our healthy obsession with doing what’s right for our people. The article calls out Caudex’s “Sunshine Fridays,” FCB Health New York’s “FCBMe” team-building initiative and YuzuYello’s blood drive for Pride Month.
In regards to equity, diversity and inclusion, a survey respondent from Neon noted that “they’ve received training to eliminate biases to conduct more inclusive interviews. And when it comes to leadership, a YuzuYello employee said, “I am greatly encouraged by our managers’ efforts to receive meaningful departmental feedback in refining our processes, and subsequently conveying those refinements to all concerned parties.” The piece also highlighted Humancare, which scored a perfect 5 for receptiveness to feedback and suggestions.
