IPG Health’s Studio Rx strengthens leadership bench with industry powerhouses
Executive appointments bolster commitment to experience design and tailored production client solutions
Studio Rx, IPG Health’s leading digital-first global production company that is pioneering new territory with AI and creativity, today announced that Andy Titus and Brian Pellicone have joined as Executive Director, Experience Design (XD) and Management Director, respectively. Reporting to Graham Johnson, Chief Production Officer, Titus and Pellicone will continue to enhance the globally renowned capabilities that Studio Rx is known for.
“Welcoming Andy and Brian could not come at a more pivotal or exciting time for Studio Rx,” said Johnson. “They each bring a unique perspective to our team, and I have no doubt that they will continue to help fuel our global momentum, and deliver the best XD skills and the most tailored production approaches to meet our clients’ evolving business challenges.”
These appointments reinforce Studio Rx's commitment to innovation, technology and world-class production capabilities following the company's recent AI-powered internal rebrand using Adobe Firefly’s Custom Models. This marked the FIRST real ‘proof case’ for the technology, further demonstrating IPG Health’s continued commitment to leading the way with AI and creativity in healthcare.
Titus has built and led product design teams at some of the largest consumer brands in the world, including Victoria’s Secret and MTV/Viacom. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner at Free Association where he led the agency’s work in product strategy, UX innovation and design systems across renowned brands like Google, Meta, eBay, Coinbase, Toyota and more. In his new role, he will collaborate with experts across IPG Health on product design, user experience and accessibility, design systems, generative AI and creative engineering to evolve shared principles, advance best practices, expand service offerings and propel professional growth. Titus will partner with clients and the network’s global production solution to create diverse digital experiences, automation tools and systems that streamline workflows and drive innovation forward in the space.
“I look forward to partnering with the incredible team at IPG Health and Studio Rx to continue to build and refine the already impressive experience design practice,” said Titus. “This role presents an impactful opportunity to work alongside exceptionally talented creatives in delivering truly life-changing experiences – connecting with people in powerful ways and improving their health outcomes.”
Pellicone brings extensive production expertise to his new role, joining from OLIVER where he was Head of Program Management (NA) and led global CPG brands for Unilever across its Beauty, Personal Care and Nutrition divisions. Before that, Pellicone spent over 14 years at Tag where he helped build its Global Life Sciences division and oversaw end-to-end creative production for global clients. At Studio Rx, Pellicone will lead custom solutions with a focus on creating bespoke production strategies for clients that leverage the depth and breadth of Studio Rx’s global capabilities. With IPG Health’s robust content supply chain, extensive use of AI and talent across the interconnected network, Pellicone will work with the teams to deliver impactful outcomes with increased efficiencies for clients.
“I’m delighted to join the premier team of experts at Studio Rx and look forward to supporting and enhancing the innovative work being done,” said Pellicone. “Backed by the vast resources of the IPG Health network, I’m excited to work with our teams globally to transform business outcomes for our clients using technology, data and AI.”
Titus and Pellicone join a robust team which also includes Tiffany Mo, SVP, Global Content Solutions, IPG Health, who recently joined from Accenture.
