IPG Health Bolsters Leadership and Capabilities in Brazil

Move establishes the country as a growth accelerant & production center of excellence in Latin America 

IPG Health today announced a new and proven regional leadership team in Brazil to support the expanding growth of its recently aligned FCB Health and McCann Health agencies in the region. These leadership appointments come eleven months after the creation of IPG Health, which aligned all FCB Health and McCann Health agencies globally under one network, and thereby creating the most powerfully integrated healthcare communications offering in the world.  

In Brazil, Saturnino Izquierdo, President, Global Client Solutions for International Markets, will work alongside João Consorte, President of IPG Health Brasil, and Mauro Arruda and Diego Freitas, both Co-Managing Directors and Executive Creatives Directors for FCB Health Brasil. Together, the newly structured team is responsible for enhancing the network’s offering in Brazil and optimizing its footprint across the region: 

  • Recently appointed President, Global Client Solutions for International Markets, Saturnino Izquierdo has been part of the IPG family for over six years. He most recently served as President of McCann Health Latin America and Europe.  
     
  • President of IPG Health Brasil, João Consorte, has been part of the McCann Health family for over nine years. Prior to this new appointment, he was President of McCann Health Brasil and central to the agency’s success as the largest and most awarded agency in Latin America.  
     
  • Heading FCB Health for 4 years, Mauro Arruda and Diego Freitas will continue to lead FCB Health Brasil as Co-Managing Directors and Executive Creative Directors, building on their proven track record of creative success and numerous industry recognitions.  

Building on years of successful collaboration, the newly assembled team is responsible for deepening connectivity and collaboration across agencies, enhancing the network’s offering in Brazil, and optimizing its footprint across the region:

As part of this alignment, Studio Rx, IPG Health’s digital-first global production company, is expanding its structure into Brazil, leveraging the deep and highly skilled creative talent pool to provide real-time production support for the network’s North American clients, and ‘follow the sun’ support for the global network. From Brazil, the hub will provide both digital and print capabilities, with a heavy focus on content creation and video to meet clients’ need for cost efficient content creation.
