Lisa DuJat
As Chief Talent Officer at IPG Health, Lisa brings a strategic, no nonsense, and empathetic approach to all aspects of talent management. She joined IPG in 2007 and, in her 15-year tenure, has served in pivotal roles fostering a vibrant, people-first culture that fuel the network’s growth.
Lisa leads an integrated talent team, overseeing all aspects of the talent functions including talent acquisition, talent strategy & development, employee relations and wellbeing, and total rewards for the network’s 45+ agency portfolio and 6,500+ people across six continents.
Prior to the formation of IPG Health, Lisa was Chief Talent Officer of FCB Health, where she expanded the network from 300 to over 3,000 employees around the world. This growth led to the creation of a high performing team focused on developing and delivering programs that attract, motivate and retain employees – including a robust L&D curriculum with internally developed leadership programs, the Residency (a program to train newcomers to the healthcare space), an enviable talent acquisition team, and an employee relations function to foster a healthy working environment.
Always focused on finding new ways to help people grow within the network, Lisa was central in bringing to life the network’s Proactive Career Management (PCM) philosophy which today enables fluid career development and boundless opportunities across IPG Health agencies, roles, clients, and countries.
A passionate advocate for inclusive workplaces, Lisa and her team spearheaded the launch of several initiatives designed to infuse principles of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) into the fabric of the network. In 2018, she led the formation of FCB We, now We @ IPG Health, the network’s culture and inclusion community which champions and amplifies the diversity of life experiences across all agencies. In 2020, she launched the Inclusive Manager’s Toolkit, a transformational 10-week strong leadership skills development program. And more recently, in 2022, Lisa championed the creation of IPG Health’s EDI platform – EDI+You, a progressive evolution of the network’s longstanding commitment to EDI.
Under Lisa’s leadership, IPG Health has enjoyed enviable talent retention rates and engagement scores. These achievements, coupled with the network’s meteoric growth and obsessive people-first approach, have earned industry accolades, including many “Best Places to Work” awards.
Throughout her career, Lisa’s approach to talent recruitment, engagement, and development have built high-performing teams for some of the world’s largest agency brands. Notably, as global HR Director for Y&R Brands, she opened the Seattle office, while building the Team Microsoft across 13 regions.
Lisa began her career in the financial services industry and moved to advertising in 1998 and has held HR/Talent leadership roles at some of the industry’s largest marketing communications agencies, including Y&R, Blue Marble and Darwin Digital. She is a graduate of the State University of New York, Oswego.
