Previously Chief Talent Officer for the FCB Health Network, Lisa DuJat brings a strategic approach to all aspects of talent management. She joined FCB in 2007, and in her 14-year tenure, served in pivotal roles fostering a vibrant, people-first culture that fueled the network’s growth.
As Chief Talent Officer for the network’s 23 agency portfolio, Lisa led an agency-neutral talent team, overseeing all aspects of the talent functions, from culture, diversity and inclusion to talent acquisition and development, HR policies and programs.
Drawing on her background in high growth environments, Lisa has grown the network from 300 to over 3,000 employees around the world, championing the network’s Never Finished philosophy, and always looking for what is next. This thinking led to the creation of a high performing team focused on developing and delivering programs that attract, motivate and retain employees – including a robust L&D curriculum with internally developed leadership programs, the Residency (a program to train newcomers to the healthcare space), an enviable Talent Acquisition team, and an Employee Relations function to foster a healthy working environment.
Always focused on finding new ways to help people grow within the network, Lisa was central in bringing to life FCB Health’s Proactive Career Management philosophy – a cornerstone of the network’s people strategy that enables fluid career development and boundless opportunities across roles, departments, clients, agencies, and even countries.
A passionate advocate for inclusive workplaces, Lisa spearheaded the launch of several initiatives designed to infuse principles of diversity, equity and inclusion into the fabric of FCB Health.
In 2018, she led the formation of FCB We, the network’s culture and inclusion community which champions and give voice to the diversity of life experiences across the network. In 2020, she launched the Inclusive Manager’s Toolkit, an intensive 10-week program focused on building strong leadership skills focused suitable to the modern workplace.
Under Lisa’s leadership, the network enjoyed enviable retention rates and engagement scores. These achievements, coupled with the FCB Health’s meteoric growth and relentless people-first approach have earned industry accolades, including many “Best Places to Work” awards.
Throughout her career, Lisa’s approach to talent recruitment, engagement, and development have built high-performing teams for some of the world’s largest agency brands. Notably, as global HR Director for Y&R Brands, she opened the Seattle office, while building the Team Microsoft across 13 regions.
Lisa began her career in the financial services industry and moved to advertising in 1998 and has held HR/Talent leadership roles at some of the industry’s largest marketing communications agencies, including Y&R, Blue Marble and Darwin Digital. She is a graduate of the State University of New York, Oswego.
