IPG Health strengthens growth and customer centricity in Germany: Inka Ficht becomes Executive Director

IPG Health, one of the world's leading healthcare networks, is expanding its leadership team in Germany. With the appointment of Inka Ficht as Executive Director, EVP in Germany, the network, which includes IPG Health in Germany, FCB Health Frankfurt and McCann Health Frankfurt, is strengthening its close collaboration with its clients. The aim is to further expand IPG Health's pole position in the German market.

In her new role, Inka Ficht will take over the operational management of the largest healthcare agency network in Germany. At the same time, she will act as executive sponsor and oversight for IPG Health's major network clients in the market. The network is thus sending a clear signal for an even stronger client focus and the expansion of innovative partnerships at the Frankfurt am Main, Munich and Berlin agencies.

In her new role, Inka Ficht will take over the operational management of the largest healthcare agency network in Germany, driving its continued success and market leadership. With significant growth, major client wins, and strong momentum in the region, IPG Health is further solidifying its position as a powerhouse in healthcare communications. At the same time, Inka Ficht will act as executive sponsor and provide strategic oversight for IPG Health’s major network clients in the market.

Experienced healthcare expert with international experience

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare communications, Inka Ficht has extensive know-how in the areas of Rx, OTC and consumer healthcare. In her career to date, she has led international teams and is therefore well connected within and outside the IPG Health network. Ficht has worked on a variety of indications, including women's health, cardiology, RA, PsO, PsA, oncology, dermatology, MedTech, NeuroScience and gastroenterology.

Ficht began her career at IPG Health in 2011 as a Senior Account Manager and has since held various positions. Most recently, as Executive Director of Specialty Services in Europe, she was responsible for leading a team of experts and, as Client Engagement Director, for expanding partnership-based client relationships at European level.

Setting the strategic course for further

In her new role, Inka Ficht will coordinate the operational business in Germany across all areas and assume business management responsibility. This also includes strategic decisions such as new business initiatives, which she will implement in close coordination with the business leads. She will report directly to Maximilian Lechner, President Germany at IPG Health, who will in future devote more time to his European responsibilities as Associate Regional Lead Europe.
