Network Awarded “Network of the Year” For Second Year in a Row, Most Wins of the Night

For the second year in a row, IPG Health has been awarded “Network of the Year” at the 34th annual Manny Awards. The network’s agencies achieved a total of 17 wins – making IPG Health the most winning network of the evening, securing “Agency of the Year – Category I” for AREA 23 and “Best Consumer Campaign TV/Radio” for McCann Health New York. FCB Health New York earned the award for “Best Launch” and “Best Consumer Campaign Print.” Renée Mellas & Tim Hawkey, Group President & CCO of AREA 23, AREA 23 on Hudson, McCann Health New York, and IPG Health Canada were presented the prestigious “Industry Person(s) of the Year” award.

Notably, IPG Health also won the coveted “Vision Award” for its innovative and industry-leading apprenticeship, Write it Forward. The “Vision Award” recognizes the “idea, concept, or initiative that best exemplifies the healthcare communications agency or network of the future.”

For the eighth time in both categories, AREA 23 won “Most Admired Agency” and “Most Creative Agency.” AREA 23 campaign awards included “Best Rare Disease Campaign” for The Unwearable Collection and “Best Consumer Campaign Digital” for The Levodopa Optimizer, among others. More highlights include “Best Nonbranded Consumer Campaign” to McCann Health New York for Mansplaining Heart Attacks and “Best Social Media Campaign” to Neon for Uninteruppted Stories.

These prestigious honors come on the heels of IPG Health securing “Healthcare Network of the Year” on Ad Age A-List 2023 last month, marking the first time a healthcare network has been recognized on the esteemed list.
