McCann Health London’s Executive Creative Director Guy Swimer recently sat down with Saville Production’s Rupert Maconick to discuss the evolving landscape of health marketing.
“The industry’s evolved and we’ve evolved,” Guy said. “The way in which we think, the way in which we create work, the type of work we think is good work, the type of work our clients expect. Everything's changed from when I joined.”
He shares that the agency has evolved to meet that expectation, from expanding disciplines to growing digital capabilities and talent recruitment.
“We have to think all the time about the right kind of talent that we need to fulfill a constantly shifting set of expectations both from ourselves and, of course, from our clients,” Guy said.
