FCB Health New York’s Casey Ross explores what Meta’s latest fact-checking decision means for pharma
With Meta’s recent decision to replace third-party fact checking with community notes, Casey Ross, FCB Health New York’s Group Director of Social Media Strategy tells Marketing & Pharma that pharma companies need to take a “watchful” approach.
“For pharma, we need to know what the rollout is going to look like, and those answers will need to come from Meta,” he said. “Once we get an understanding, we need to really double down on things like community management and social listening.”
