As Managing Director of Client Solutions at IPG Health, Ross crafts winning integrated solutions for clients and their brands. Building on his unique and disparate multichannel experiences both in and outside of healthcare, he aggregates and customizes the network’s diverse and innovative specialized capabilities to drive growth and impact for clients. Ross plays a central role in globally integrating IPG Health’s specialized offerings with the network’s full-service agencies, including BX Brand Experience Design Group, IPG Health Global Market Access, McCann Health Managed Markets, Mosaic, Studio Rx, and YuzuYello.
Prior to IPG Health, Ross joined Epsilon to formalize the agency’s healthcare practice, which successfully grew year over year. He ran integrated marketing for the company’s healthcare clients, delivering integrated planning, cross-channel creative, data, technology, and analytic services. Ahead of the omnichannel curve, Ross connected Epsilon’s data and technology products to create real-time, dynamic customer experiences.
Previously, Ross served as Managing Partner at Concentric Health Experience, where he led the agency’s multichannel strategy. Notably, he launched the agency’s first analytics group, which provided insights and analysis, predictive and ROI modeling, and data visualization abilities to clients.
