He is instrumental in building and refining the data activation functions across IPG Health agencies, fostering a culture of innovation and empowering team members to reach their full potential. Prior to his tenure at IPG Health and SOLVE(D), Jack held the role of Senior Vice President of Omnichannel Services at WebMD, where he championed the integration of omnichannel marketing strategies within the CRM and Marketing Technology division.
Before WebMD, he served as VP of Digital Strategy & Marketing Technology at Healthgrades. There, Jack played a pivotal role in digitizing marketing strategies and enhancing the company's digital marketing landscape. Earlier, at Ketchum, as the VP of Marketing Science and Analytics, he significantly contributed to the company's growth through data analytics and marketing science.
Jack is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, and holds a master’s degree in financial mathematics from North Carolina State University.
