Prior to being named Chief Operating and Financial Officer of IPG Health, Raj Singhal was Acting Global CEO of IPG agency Huge Inc. Singhal has held various leadership positions across IPG and its agencies for over 16 years. Most recently at Huge for over eight years, Singhal served as Huge’s COO, CFO, and was named Acting CEO in 2020 where he had direct management responsibilities for all areas of the company’s Global Operations, Strategy, Finance, Talent, and Technology. During this period, Singhal drove dramatic growth at the digital creative agency, expanding its global footprint to 13 offices in cities around the world. During his tenure at Huge, the business tripled in size to 1,200 employees. Leveraging his engineering, investment banking, and M&A background, he helped Huge scale its technology and engineering practice to include over 400+ engineers. Singhal was also part of the team that led the acquisition of Huge by Interpublic in 2008.
Prior to joining Huge, Singhal served as SVP, Global Planning and Finance within IPG’s corporate team, where he worked closely with the senior executive team and the Interpublic Board. Before joining IPG, he served as an M&A Investment Banker, advising clients on a range of strategic financial matters. Singhal started his career as a Mechanical Engineer at Ford Motor Company in various engineering management roles, including being part of the Ford Mustang design team.
Singhal serves on the AdCouncil Board of Directors, helping lead social impact initiatives in the advertising industry. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan’s Ross Business School.
